最近、iPhoneを買い替えたらOracle Mobile Authenticatorに登録されていたOracle Cloudのアカウントが無くなってしまいました。
対応方法のメモです。
Cloud Customer Connectの、以下の質問の回答に従って対応できました。
MFA lockout - can't get back into OCI

Oracle Cloudのコンソールにサインインするために、以下の画面まで進みます。
URLのhttps://idcs-*********************.identity.oraclecloud.com/ にui/v1/myconsole?root=my-info&my-info=my_profile_securityを続けたページを開きます。
https://idcs-*********************.identity.oraclecloud.com/ui/v1/myconsole?root=my-info&my-info=my_profile_security
2ステップ検証を一旦無効化します。
モバイル・アプリを選択します。
Oracle Mobile Authenticatorで表示されたQRコードをスキャンします。
完了です。
